Barr. Nwaizugbe Chinemelu graduated with honours from the University of Nigeria (U.N.N) in 1998. After the one year law school programme, he did his mandatory one year youth service at the Pipelines Marketing and Production Company (PPMC) Abuja, Nigeria.
